The shape of the market
Henderson and the Green Valley suburbs are the most balanced, around 52 to 53% male; Las Vegas has no notably female-tilting zone.
Las Vegas is male-skewed at about 55%, pushed by its hospitality economy: the resort-corridor Strip runs 66% male and Summerlin 63%.
