The dating reality is trails, Downtown Summerlin patios, and a dependable supply of professionals who left the Strip behind on purpose. Dress is country-club casual, the wine lists outpace the conversation, and nobody is impressed that you drove in from Henderson. Bring a hike, a brunch, and patience for valet lines.
