Built on the bones of the old Ford plant, it gives you Saks Off 5th, Nike, J.Crew Factory, and Trader Joe's strung along walkable streets that actually feel like streets, not a parking-lot diagram. The Orange Line stop drops you at the door, the Mystic River path is steps away, and Row 34 plus Tony C's keep the food side from being a food court. The catch: it is engineered cheer, the apartments above push four-digit rents, and weekend crowds turn the central plaza into a stroller derby. Worth the trip, not the lease.
