The Greenbelt itself does heavy lifting as a low-stakes first-date venue, especially the stretch toward Barber Park. The tradeoff: game days turn the whole zone into a parking crime scene, and the rental market reads accordingly, with student leases compressing prices upward each August. Fine if you like proximity to noise. Less fine if you wanted quiet.
