Huntley
Huntley sits about fifteen miles east of Billings on the old Yellowstone Trail, a Yellowstone Valley waypoint where the irrigation ditches do more talking than the people. The post office dates to 1907, the population still hovers in the low four hundreds, and the social calendar runs on the Huntley Project schools and whatever the Project Museum has dug out of a barn this season. Dating-wise, it is a commuter pond: most singles work in Billings and drive home, which means the dating happens west on I-90 and the relationship happens here.
