Cloverdale

Cloverdale is the last Sonoma exit before the scenery stops apologizing for itself. The town itself is small, working, and largely unbothered by the wine-country pageantry happening twenty minutes south. The dating pool reflects that: a thin, mostly local mix where everyone has already met everyone, and newcomers are noted within a week. Citrus Fair weekend is the closest thing to a meet market. Otherwise, expect to drive to Healdsburg or Ukiah for a date that does not involve the same three bars. The upside is honesty. Cloverdale does not pretend to be a destination, which means nobody is performing one at you.
