Somersett
Somersett sits on Reno's northwest edge, a master-planned community wrapped around a Tom Kite golf course and the Town Center. It opened in the early 2000s and reads younger than Caughlin Ranch, with families, remote-work transplants, and the occasional Bay Area refugee chasing square footage. The Club at Town Center gives residents an actual gathering spot, which is more than most Reno suburbs manage. Dating prospects skew coupled and kid-having, but the trail network and Sierra views compensate. The tradeoff is real distance from downtown Reno and Midtown nightlife. Bring a car, lower your expectations for walkable dating.
