Vineyard barely existed a decade ago, which is the whole pitch and the whole problem. Built on reclaimed Geneva Steel land along Utah Lake, it is now one of the fastest growing cities in the country, all townhomes, roundabouts, and a UVU rail stop that feels years ahead of the rooftops it serves.
