Nebraska Crossing outlet mall put it on the interstate map, the new Gretna East high school sorted out the overflow, and Sarpy County keeps stamping approvals on rooftops faster than the two-lane roads can carry. The vibe is young-family boom town: lots of first houses, lots of strollers, almost no nightlife that isn't a brewery patio or a chain off Highway 6. Singles here are mostly transplants who moved for the schools or the mortgage math. Pleasant, practical, slightly raw at the edges, and getting less affordable by the quarter.
