Dillsburg

Dillsburg is the soft southern edge of the Harrisburg orbit, a York County borough of roughly 2,600 best known nationally for dropping a giant fiberglass pickle on New Year's Eve. The rest of the year it is Route 15 commuters, Northern High School, and farmland that still feels like farmland. The dating math is what you would expect from a small town twenty-five minutes from Mechanicsburg: a thin local pool, a handful of taverns and breakfast spots, and an unspoken understanding that first dates usually happen up the road in Camp Hill or down in York.
