Tremont
Tremont is the Cleveland neighborhood that out-of-towners get walked through first, and for defensible reason. The hills, the steeples (Saint Theodosius still earns the postcard), the chef-driven restaurant row anchored by Lola's old shadow and Parallax's tasting menu: it photographs better than it lives. Lincoln Park on a summer Saturday is genuinely lovely; the same park during a Browns home game is a parking war. Date logistics are honest: cabs from downtown are quick, the walk from Ohio City crosses an interstate, and dinner reservations on Professor Avenue book a week out. Best for a second or third date.
