Reynoldstown
Reynoldstown is Cabbagetown's older sibling who got a Beltline membership and started lifting. Founded by freedmen after the Civil War, now negotiating its third or fourth identity in a decade, with Muchacho, Hop City, and the Eastside Trail doing most of the heavy hosting. Dates work because you can chain a coffee, a beer, and a walk without moving a car. The tradeoff is honesty: the neighborhood is mid-transformation, which means construction fencing next to century-old shotguns and rent that no longer matches the historic plaque. Best for a second or third date, when the conversation can carry the uneven sidewalks.
